At Flowers Lace Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. Please review our refund policy below for detailed information on our return and refund processes.

1. Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for flower bouquets and arrangements once they have been delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. It you receive a damaged or defective non-perishable item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation: To process your claim, we will need a photo of the damaged or defective item. Please email the photo along with your order number to flowerslacestudio@gmail.com.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the customer's preference.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Flower Bouquets and Arrangements: Orders for flower bouquets and arrangements can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Orders for non-perishable items can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

4. Custom Orders and Event Services

  • Flower Bar and Event Decoration Services: Custom orders and event services must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

  • Partial Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a custom order or event service, please contact us to discuss the issue.Partial refunds or adjustments may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
