At Flowers Lace Studio, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient delivery experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on our delivery processes.

1. Delivery Time Slots

  • Time Slot Selection: Customers can choose their preferred delivery time slot during checkout. Available time slots are in 2-hour intervals: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, etc. In additional the buyer can set an exact delivery time by filling Notes field on the Checkout page.

  • Operating Hours: We deliver every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

2. Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-Day Service: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Customization Notes: Customers can add notes during checkout to customize their order or specify an exact delivery time within the chosen me slot.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges vary based on the delivery address and range from $0 to $30. The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Process

  • Courier Service: All deliveries are handled by our in-house courier service to ensure the utmost care and promptness.

  • Tracking Information: We do not provide tracking numbers. However, customers can obtain tracking information by directly contacting our customer service team.

5. Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Special Instructions: If there are special instructions for delivery (e.g., gate codes, specific drop-off points), please include them in the notes section during checkout.

6. Customer Contact

  • Notification: Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is placed and another notification when the order is out for delivery.

  • Customer Service: For any inquiries or updates regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service team.

7. Undeliverable Orders

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier is unable to deliver the order due to incorrect address information or the recipient not being available, we will contact the customer to arrange a redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Cancellation: If an order cannot be delivered and the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to Flowers Lace Studio and a restocking fee may be applied.

8. Changes to Delivery

If you need to change your delivery address or time slot after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications for same-day deliveries once the order is out for delivery.
