2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our online shop. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during the order process.

  • Payment: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Full payment must be received before an order is processed.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Area: Our delivery service covers specific areas based on zip codes. Please enter your zip code at checkout to determine delivery availability and cost.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees range from $0 to $30, depending on the delivery address. The exact delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Times: We strive to deliver orders within the specified time frame. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

  • Delivery Address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Flowers Lace Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Flower Bar and Event Decoration Services

  • Booking: Flower bar and event decoration services must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to our schedule and resources.

  • Customization: We offer customization options for our flower bar and decoration services. Specific requests should be made at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.

5. Product Availability

  • Substitutions: In rare cases, certain flowers or products may be unavailable. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.

  • Handmade Products: Our handmade candles are crafted with care. Variations in color, shape, and size are normal and do not constitute defects.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales concluded at Flowers Lace Studio are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to flowerslacestudio@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flowers Lace Studio.
